When making reservations for four nights or more, a deposit of one-half the rental fee is required, with the balance due upon arrival; the full rental fee is required for reservations of three nights or less. Reservations made by phone will have 10 days to make payment, unless a last minute booking.

Cancellations of 30 days in advance will receive a full refund less $20 handling fee. Personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards are accepted.

During the summer season (second Monday in June through Labor Day) the cabins may be reserved for one or two week periods as well as from Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday. The weekly rentals may be from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Shorter periods of time may be rented if there is a last minute cancellation. Before and after the summer season, cabins may be rented by the night, with two nights usually required on weekends. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance (from the first day of the month) and are recommended at all times.

Group and senior citizen discounts are available to qualified renters. A midweek discount is offered in September.
Personal bedding, except for infants, is not permitted in the cabins.

An individual over 21 must occupy each cabin rented.

Cabin guests may not camp on the cabin grounds, and camping is permitted only on designated sites.

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the boundaries of Seneca.

Quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly.

Dogs and cats are permitted in a limited number of cabins, call for reservations with pets.
